What outreach means:

Act in prevention by using networking and social integration strategies;

Tasks :
-
Intervene and support families who use the Famille-Soutien service and volunteer families;
-
Intervene and support families who request support themselves or who are referred by the CISSS or other community organizations;
-
Ensure follow-ups for the services at reach of hands, of the community garden, in collaboration with the person in charge of the activities;
-
Ensure the follow-up of deliveries (home service);
-
Support the early childhood educator, if necessary, in particular by providing support and developing tools, according to the realities encountered;
-
All other related tasks.
Requirements:
-
Education: CEGEP or equivalent Special education, early childhood education, social work;
-
Years of experience related to the job: 1 year in intervention (a big asset, if it's more, so much the better!);
-
Skills: dynamic, motivated, organized, punctual, autonomous, trustworthy, community-minded, etc.

Criminal background check.
